Pro Report (one-time £15)
Pro Reports are generated instantly from live AI model responses. If your report fails to generate, contains errors on our end, or does not deliver as described, you are entitled to a full refund. Email info@visibility-buddy.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full to the original payment method, typically within 5 – 10 working days.
Managed Sync subscription (£6 / month)
You can cancel your Managed Sync subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to weekly re-scans until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but we will refund the most recent monthly charge if you cancel within 7 days of it being taken and have not used a re-scan in that period.

Email info@visibility-buddy.com with the email address on your account and the order or scan reference. We reply within one working day.
