What is Visibility Buddy?
Visibility Buddy is an AI search visibility tool for small businesses. It audits how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot represent your website and gives you a prioritised list of fixes to improve how AI assistants cite and recommend your business.
How is AI search visibility different from traditional SEO?
Traditional SEO optimises for blue-link search results on Google. AI search visibility (also called Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO) optimises for how AI assistants extract, summarise, and recommend your business in their answers. It requires structured data, answer-ready content, and machine-readable signals that go beyond classic SEO.
How much does Visibility Buddy cost?
A one-time Detailed Report costs £15 and includes a full AI visibility scan, fix list, and ready-to-paste Schema.org code. Managed Sync is £6 per month and re-scans your site weekly with trend tracking. A free basic audit is available with no signup.
How long does an audit take?
A free basic scan completes in under a minute. A full Pro Report typically takes 2–4 minutes to generate and is delivered in your dashboard as soon as it is ready.
Which AI assistants do you check?
We evaluate visibility signals relevant to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Perplexity, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft Copilot (Bing). The scan covers structured data, crawlability for AI bots like GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Bingbot, and entity consistency.
What does the Pro Report include?
The Pro Report includes an overall visibility score, a dedicated GEO score, a WCAG accessibility check, crawlability analysis, structured-data audit with copy-paste JSON-LD snippets, content extractability scoring, a prioritised fix list, and a downloadable PDF.
Do I need technical skills to use the fixes?
No. Every recommendation comes with the exact code or copy to paste. Most fixes can be applied by anyone comfortable editing their website's CMS or HTML. For platforms like Lovable, WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify, the snippets drop in directly.
How do I book or get started?
Paste your website URL on the homepage to run a free basic scan. To get a full Pro Report, create an account and choose a plan on the pricing page. You will receive your report in your dashboard within minutes.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a Pro Report fails to generate or contains material errors, contact info@visibility-buddy.com within 14 days for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
Is my website data private?
Yes. We only fetch publicly available pages on your domain, the same way Google does. We do not store credentials, and your report is visible only to you in your dashboard.
