The problem
Traditional SEO optimises for Google’s blue links. But AI search doesn’t work like that. Large language models scrape, synthesise, and hallucinate from whatever structured data and citations they can find. If your Schema.org markup is broken, your citations are inconsistent across directories, or your semantic HTML is misleading, AI engines will misrepresent your business — or skip you entirely.
We saw restaurants with wrong opening hours, tradespeople with disconnected phone numbers, and shops whose service areas were shrunk to a single postcode by a parser error. That costs real revenue.

Our Managed Sync subscription runs weekly automated re-scans and tracks your visibility score over time, so you catch regressions before they cost you a customer.
Who we are
I spent ten years building SEO and structured-data tooling for retail and local-services brands. In 2024 I watched a family friend's restaurant lose bookings because ChatGPT kept quoting opening hours that hadn't been right since lockdown. Their Google listing was correct. Their site was correct. The model just hadn't caught up — and no one was telling them. Visibility Buddy is the tool I wish I'd been able to hand them that week.
