Before and after
About the business
IZHUB Cleaning Service provides domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, Airbnb and short-let cleaning, office cleaning and military march-out cleaning across Tidworth, Andover, Salisbury, Amesbury, Ludgershall, Bulford, Larkhill and surrounding areas.
What the first report found
The first report found that critical business identity signals were missing or inconsistent. The website did not provide strong enough machine-readable information about the business name, location, telephone number, services and reviews.
The main weaknesses were:
- Structured Data: 20/100
- Entity Consistency: 18/100
- Answer-Ready Content: 28/100
- Citation Health: 22/100
The report prioritised adding complete LocalBusiness schema, improving contact and service-area information, creating clearer service pages and strengthening reviews and citations.
Recommendations implemented
The updates below were completed between the two report dates:
- Added structured data
- Improved business-name consistency
- Added clearer phone and email details
- Expanded service descriptions
- Added clearer pricing information
- Published clearer service-area information
- Improved customer review visibility
- Added and maintained social profile links
Follow-up results
The second report found that the website now clearly presented the business name, phone number, email address, service categories, social profiles, service areas, structured data, service pages, pricing information and visible customer reviews.
The overall visibility score increased by 26 points and the GEO score increased by 32 points.
Detailed score comparison
| Metric | Initial report | Follow-up report | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visibility | 13 | 39 | +26 |
| GEO Score | 30 | 62 | +32 |
| Structured Data | 20 | 75 | +55 |
| Entity Consistency | 18 | 65 | +47 |
| Answer-Ready Content | 28 | 60 | +32 |
| Citation Health | 22 | 48 | +26 |
| AI Crawler Access | 62 | 55 | -7 |
The lower crawler-access score reflected uncertainty around robots.txt and sitemap settings, showing that not every area improved and that further technical work remained.
Report covers
Remaining opportunities
The follow-up report still recommended:
- adding opening hours;
- strengthening postcode and service-area details;
- improving Google Business Profile visibility;
- adding Review and AggregateRating schema;
- publishing an FAQ;
- creating more local landing pages;
- improving external directory citations;
- reviewing crawler and sitemap configuration.
Important limitation
The score improvement demonstrates that the website became clearer, better structured and easier for automated systems to interpret. It does not prove that the business will be recommended in every AI-generated response.
The follow-up report still found weak direct model recall in some tests. The case study therefore demonstrates improved AI visibility readiness, not guaranteed rankings or recommendations.
“The first Visibility Buddy report showed that our website did not communicate the business as clearly as we believed. Important information about our services, locations and contact details was either missing or not structured in a way that search and AI systems could easily understand. We implemented several of the recommendations, including structured data, clearer service information, pricing and stronger contact details. When we ran the report again around five and a half weeks later, our visibility score increased from 13 to 39 and our GEO score rose from 30 to 62. The report gave us a practical action plan and also showed us what still needs to be improved.”
